Meet Dr. Sueda

Dr. Karen Sueda received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of California, Davis and completed her Internship at the Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group in Ventura, California.  She returned to UC Davis in 2002 for her Residency in Clinical Animal Behavior, and became a board-certified Veterinary Behaviorist in 2007.

After moving to Southern California, Dr. Sueda founded Los Angeles' first veterinary behavior practice and has been helping pets and their people for almost 20 years.  In addition to appearances on TV, radio and podcasts, Dr. Sueda is a lecturer and author, contributing to numerous veterinary publications and books including “Decoding Your Cat”.

 

Dr. Sueda approaches life with curiosity whether she’s cooking, crafting, reading, exploring Los Angeles, traveling with friends and family or simply sitting and observing the world.
